See our space.

It’s a little different – by design. The entire office is made to work the way we think people should work. More conversation, less email. More interactions, less sitting. More inviting gathering places, less closed rooms. Our organic, dynamic layout encourages friendly “collisions” of colleagues. And our coffee bar is the hot spot for collaborations and connections across teams. Sometimes a good cup of joe gets things moving in the right direction.

Giving back is part of our DNA. From the beginning, L+A’ers have consistently rolled up their sleeves and donated their time, talents and treasures to help improve the communities where we live, work and raise our families. Whether it’s a blood drive, a collection for hurricane victims or making blankets for a local crisis center, we like to assist those who are in need.

PRO BONO services

Latcha is privileged to support a variety of nonprofits with pro bono services every year. We partner with organizations that are near and dear to our employees and their families. From website redesigns to full creative campaigns, we do what we can to help make a mark for those who help make a difference in the lives of so many.

Meet the pups.

Our office has gone to the dogs – literally. We believe that the benefits of having pets in the office outweigh the risks to our carpet and upholstery. That’s why on any given day you’ll find a number of our four-legged friends roaming the halls, playing in the 3.5 acres of fenced-in yard, or begging for treats and belly rubs. Yeah, it’s great to be a Latcha dog.
